Austin Story

Austin Story serves as Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions for PatientCare EMS Solutions, where he leads the company’s acquisition strategy and execution, along with growth initiatives involving new health system partnerships and strategic market expansion. He brings a strong foundation across investment banking, private equity, and corporate development, with deep experience evaluating, structuring, executing, and integrating acquisitions for private equity-backed businesses in healthcare services and other essential industries.

Prior to joining PatientCare, Austin helped lead enterprise M&A strategy, execution, and integration for TEAM Services Group, a multi-brand healthcare services platform. Previously, he evaluated and executed private equity investments across middle-market businesses at Warren Equity Partners, and he began his career at Wells Fargo Securities, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets transactions. His experience spans transaction sourcing, valuation, diligence, negotiations, financing, integration, and strategic planning. This combination of transaction expertise and healthcare services experience positions him to drive disciplined, partnership-focused growth for PatientCare EMS Solutions and the communities it serves.

Austin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
